The Barns at Chip Ridge is a beautiful hemlock barn perched on the rolling hills of Washington County overlooking the breathtaking views of the Clinch Mountain Range.
The barn comes fully equipped with an industrial kitchen including: commercial size refrigerator, ice machine, proofing cabinet, double convection ovens, stove, three bowl stainless steel sink, and counter space for events. There is a separate entrance for caterers to easily access the kitchen for easy loading and unloading. (All caterers are welcome.)
Inside the barn is a woodburning rock fireplace with a gas ignitor. Upstairs there is a bridal suite loft fully furnished with full size bed, seating area, and bathroom. The barn also offers a groom suite complete with a bar and manly amenities.
Along with the barn is a 2,400 sq. ft. wrap around hemlock porch accented with natural stone. Outside there is a woodburning rock fireplace. A back patio welcomes you as you enter, that leads to a wooden gazebo, an outdoor fire pit, and a rock water feature. We have beautifully landscaped grounds for all of your event needs.

Barn Features
The Barns at Chip Ridge is a charming event space for you, your family, and your friends. The barns are located on a fourth generation working cattle farm. We have one working cattle barn on the property as well as the event barn that will accommodate a variety of events. The barn was built in 2015 and has hosted weddings, receptions, reunions, birthday parties, showers, corporate events, and much more.
The barn is complete with two water features, a wrap around porch, an indoor/outdoor fire place, a fire pit with seating, gazebo, an inside loft complete with a bridal suite, and a full commercial kitchen. By the barn is a smaller building for our grooms, our "Groom's Suite". It is complete with a bar and seating area. The Barns at Chip Ridge is perched on the rolling hills of Washington County, overlooking the Clinch Mountain Range.
Ivy's Cottage
Ivy's Cottage is an additional rental that you can add to your package that allows you to stay on the grounds of The Barns at Chip Ridge! This quaint, hemlock barn is perfect for a weekend getaway, for bridal parties, or for the bride and groom to stay in on their wedding night.
Ivy's cottage is a comfortable escape from reality with a luxurious soaking tub and steam shower, fully loaded kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and loft with two twin beds. Enjoy the sunrise on our outdoor swinging day bed.
